Digital Delivery
All of our products are delivered electronically via email.
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, your digital product will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. No additional steps are required.
Delivery Timeframe
Most orders are delivered within 30 minutes or less after payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your product within this timeframe, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it's still missing, contact our support team at contact@frezlo.com for prompt assistance.
Download Issues
If you experience any of the following issues:
The download link has expired
The file is corrupted or inaccessible
Please reach out to us at contact@frezlo.com, and we’ll provide a quick resolution.
Remote Delivery Support
For products that require installation or activation support, we offer optional remote assistance via AnyDesk or similar tools.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (BST).
Order Cancellation
If your product is not delivered within the expected timeframe due to a technical issue on our end, or if you wish to cancel your order before delivery, you may be eligible for a cancellation.

Refunds
If you receive a digital product that is corrupted, inaccessible, or does not function as described, you may qualify for a refund.
