1 Digital-Only Delivery
All items are provided as immediate downloads or emailed activation codes. Once a product has been sent, the sale is generally final.
2 When Refunds Are Not Possible
We’re unable to issue a refund if:
- You purchased the wrong product, version, or platform.
- You changed your mind after the download link or code was delivered.
- The software is incompatible with your device, unless our product page stated otherwise.
- Activation fails because of previous unofficial or altered installations.
- A code, download link, or account was shared with a third party.
3 Situations Eligible for Review
A refund or replacement may be approved when:
- Non-delivery – Our system fails to send your product and our support team cannot provide it within the promised timeframe.
- Invalid code – The code we supplied is unusable or shows as already redeemed (verified by our team).
- Technical fault on our side – A server or file error prevents you from downloading the product.
To start a review, email contact@frezlo.com within 7 days of purchase and include any error messages or screenshots that help explain the issue.

5 Disputes & Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute before contacting us disrupts the resolution process. We kindly ask that you allow our support team the opportunity to assist you first.
